Overview 

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Arise and Glow website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Arise and Glow is operated by Kember Collective (ABN: 12 696 482 872). 

Products 

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. 

Pricing and payment 

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

Orders 

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. 

Shipping 

We ship Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. 

Australian Consumer Law 

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be limited or excluded. 

Limitation of liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Arise and Glow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. 

Governing law 

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
